Know Your Rights in Public

  • - Ask if you are free to leave. If yes, walk away calmly.
  • - You have the right to remain silent.
  • - Do not run or physically interfere.
  • - Document from a safe distance when legally allowed.
  • - Record agency, badge numbers, location, time, and witnesses if safe.
